Criticism Over De Facto Authority’s Gag Policy – Environmental Activist Arrested in Abri – Khartoum Highlight
Authorities of the de facto government in Northern State arrested activist Hossam Al-Masry. Hossam is a member of the Committee Against Karama Mining Market. This come after the group held a peaceful protest on Thursday in front of the Abri locality offices. In a statement added that “Hossam committed no crime other than defending his land, his environment, and his people’s right to live in peace.”
