Dr. Abdalla Hamdok, head of The Civil Democratic Alliance for Revolutionary Forces “SOMOUD,” participates in the Heli Forum in Abu Dhabi. He joins former Jordanian Prime Minister Dr. Bashir Khasawneh and former Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari. The forum takes place Monday and Tuesday, September 8–9, focusing on global geopolitical turbulence. In a video address, Hamdok said geopolitical turmoil is no longer a temporary crisis. He stressed it has become a constant condition shaping both regional and international order. Hamdok described this situation as the “new normal,” marked by overlapping conflicts, shifting alliances, and major power rivalries. He confirmed these issues will dominate discussions at the second Heli Forum in Abu Dhabi.
