The Sudanese Teachers’ Committee an urgent investigation into remarks by de facto education minister Who admitted involving children in war. Also demanded the cancellation of all student fees , which the committee said requires legal and political accountability. The committee described the minister’s comments on exempting child fighters from school fees as a dangerous precedent . And a direct violation of children’s rights under national and international law. (Tasis) alliance also condemned the recruitment of underage children by authorities in Port Sudan. It stressed that the Child Participation in War represents a grave violation of human rights, child rights, and international conventions. The alliance noted that battles in Kordofan revealed child recruitment, with many underage fighters captured during combat. It urged political actors, civil society groups, and the international community to denounce these crimes. And highlight the violations committed against Sudanese children.
