SLM Declares Villages East of Jabel Marra a Health Disaster Zone – Khartoum Highlight

The Civil Authority of the Sudan Liberation Movement, led by Abdel Wahid Mohamed Nour, has declared several villages east of Jabel Marra in Darfur as health disaster areas. The movement, which administers the region, revealed large numbers of cholera infections and deaths in these villages. It appealed to humanitarian organizations for urgent intervention to assist the residents and save lives.
