Somoud : Civilian Killing in El Fasher a Racist Crime

The Civil Democratic Forces Alliance of the Revolutionary Forces condemned the Civilian Killing by a Rapid Support Forces fighter in El Fasher.  A statement delivered by spokesperson Abdelkarim Saleh, (Somoud)  described the killing as a racist crime exposing the war’s true nature. He said the conflict is rooted in hatred and discrimination and continues to violate the most basic human rights in Sudan.

The alliance emphasized that this Civilian Killing is not an isolated case.  But part of a series of systematic abuses targeting civilians nationwide. It stressed that the blood of Sudanese men and women is equal, not measured by tribe, region, or skin color. The alliance demanded an urgent and transparent investigation . And accountability for everyone involved in this crime without exception. It also urged the international community and justice institutions to exert maximum pressure to stop these violations and protect civilians.
