The Ministry of Health: 7 Dead, Thousands Infected

Agencies – Khartoum Highlight -The Ministry of Health, under Port Sudan’s de facto authority, has reported a dengue fever outbreak in 24 localities across six states. The Emergency Department confirmed seven deaths and more than 5,000 infections nationwide. Sudan’s infrastructure and health systems have collapsed amid the war between the army and the Rapid Support Forces. International bodies call it the world’s worst humanitarian disaster.
