Ammunition and Copper Seized on Smuggling Route-Khartoum Highlight

The General Administration of Mining Security intercepted a vehicle on Smuggling Route in Northern State carrying Krinkov ammunition and copper destined for smuggling. The force seized 10 boxes of Krinkov ammunition, 44 sacks of copper, and 25 copper sheets. Two suspects were arrested in Souq Al-Adroobat, near Jebeet Al-Ma’aden, east of the Moroccan company site. Legal procedures were initiated against the suspects in coordination with the Nile River Sector director. Investigations will continue to prepare the case for trial.
